After receiving your packet, you have 30 days to change your mind. Simply return the product in perfect condition in its original wrapper.

Wishing to offer its customers the very best service, Solaris will pay for the first return from Metropolitan France. To do this, contact Customer Relations and request a return slip and delivery company label.
Be careful, the free return service is only valid for returns from Metropolitan France, provision should be made for the cost of orders sent from abroad and from the  DOM TOMs.

In line with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, products must be returned in their original wrapper (or, failing this, protected with foam in a rigid cardboard box), in perfect condition and with all the accessories and leaflets if any, together with a duly completed return slip.

Items returned incomplete, spoilt, damaged, worn or dirty cannot be accepted.
